The latest news is the Judgement of THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS (INDIA) Vs. UNION OF INDIA & ORS case No W.P.(C) 3790/2013 is pending. Today at Delhi High court only Two case is attain and get judgment .

1) DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Vs. RAM AVTAR SHARMA & ORS. case no W.P.(C)--2332/2012

2) SWARN KANTA PUNJ Vs. SURABHI GEHLOT & ORS. Case no IA--1035/2013

AICTE and MHRD did not file their replies in the office of Joint Registrar of Hon. Delhi High Court on 23-04-2014. The Joint Registrar gave them a further period of 4 weeks for filing the replies failing which a cost of Rs 5000 /- will be imposed on the respondents. The next date of proceedings before the Joint Registrar of Hon. Delhi High Court is 31 Jul 2014. I think now it will solved by next government.

The case of writen petition filed by amie against MHRD for recognition of our courses came up before joint registrar in Hon'ble High Court of Delhi for completion of proceedings on 31 July 2014. The respondents have not filed their counter affidavits till today. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the joint registrar has given them final opportunity to file their counter affidavits before the Joint Registrar with in four weeks by imposing a fee of Rs 10,000/-. The next date before the joint registrar is 10 Sept 2014.

Just 4 more days to go for judgement for IETE,AMIE,IME (I) etc with Delhi High Court and I hope this time we hear some positive news. Every body should pray for that.....
