It is very unusual and frustrating situation AMIE ID Card not received. Some time Study material received but identity card not received and question run your mind AMIE ID Card not received What to do ?
Answer is it is mainly done for Indian Postal service they just return back Document for blaming not proper address . So any thing doing before please see you are in this category from IEIndia official website i give you the link bellow. If you in that list then The candidates may opt for re-dispatch of the same by sending a self-addressed, stamped (Rs. 30 only) envelope to 'The Institution of Engineers (India)' at Kolkata. The Size of the envelop should be 24 x 14 cm.
Finally you check it in that link http://www.ieindia.org/non_delivery.aspx
