If I clear Section A in upcoming result shall I write section B exams in this June only? How long it will take to complete the registration of Section B. Plese reply me as soon as possible..........

yes smitha you can after getting result you have to wait for getting mark sheet which they send to your home address directly. And you have to again take registration and they will send new i-cad also and now you are able to from fill up for summer 2013 for that all member who has passed section a this year all get extra time for from fill-up.
