Much Better Than That It Means IEIndia Can Run Own Courses And They Can Give Degree For That course Like other Universities are doing.

HI Subham and Abhijit

AICTE Approved IEIndia (AMIE) as a Statutory Council in India
dosent mean that AICTE approved AMIE as equivalent to BE/BTech, We can not come to this conclusion.

because, after AICTE Approved IEIndia (AMIE) as a Statutory Council in India also,
IEIndia.org website says

"AICTE approval does not apply for AMIE. The equivalence of AMIE is approved by Board of Assessment, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, and by The Association of Indian Universities for employment and academic equivalence."

So in my view, merely AICTE Approving IEIndia (AMIE) as a Statutory Council in India is not equal to approving AMIE Section A and B equivalent to BE/BTech
on the contrary, following is correct

"AICTE approval does not apply for AMIE. The equivalence of AMIE is approved by Board of Assessment, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, and by The Association of Indian Universities for employment and academic equivalence."

Put in your thoughts
Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Bachelor in Technology which is given by AICTE technical council of India, if we say Graduate in Engineering then has it any difference?

United States Gives Bachelor in science/ Master in science it also engineering bachelor and master degree. Is it differ from BE/B.Tech?

In India nursing council give B.sc Nursing/M.sc nursing it is also bachelor degree/Master degree in Nursing They create this course means bachelor Degree and master Degree course. Before Indian Nursing Council Act - 1947 it is not there. Now they are given Phd on Nursing.

and you Know
Indian Nursing Council - INC is a Statutory Council in India they create bachelor degree,in that there have no problem if IEIndia (Established in 1920 ) which is also Statutory Council in India, create degree course Named AMIE Then what is the problem?

Govt of india recgonized IEIndia that is enough and don't forget AICTE also a Statutory Council in India like IEIndia. Then how they (AICTE) recognize, they are standing in same platform where IEIndia standing that is why you also mention 'AICTE approval does not apply for AMIE.'

hope i make clear to all if any one think otherwise, please continue with reply.
